Welcome to the Intramural Tennis page.

 

The mission of the Huntington Middle School Intramural Tennis Program is to provide recreational, yet organized tennis for the non-competitive (beginner/intermediate) player who wishes to learn and become involved in tennis.  It is the goal of the HMS Intramural Tennis Program to develop tennis skills, proper footwork and conditioning, and proper ethics.  Every practice and game is designed to help individuals grow socially, physically, and mentally in competitive recreational basketball.

 

There will be an evaluation by the coach to determine whether the player is intermediate or beginner level.  The coach will assign the player to the proper group that will benefit them most for development in tennis.  All grade levels are encouraged to participate in the Intramural Tennis Program.
